Find strength, stillness, and softness on the mat

A Practice for Everyone

I am an in-house lawyer, a yoga teacher, a wannabe surfer and an absolute foodie. I'm British Born Chinese and I've been thinking a lot about my identity — what I can do to celebrate my Chinese heritage and amplify Asian voices.

I started my yoga journey after getting injuries through running and other high impact sports. I fell in love with it after a few months — not just the physical challenge, but the philosophy and meditative side which has truly shaped my life both on and off the mat.

My classes are usually a strong and steady flow with an emphasis on finding the softness in the strength, and the calm amongst the chaos.
